Account View is LPL Financial’s secure online portal where you’ll view statements, balances, and transaction detail for all of your Legacy Wealth Partners managed accounts. It replaces Investor360°, the portal you use today.
Beginning Monday, November 16, you can create your Account View login to see all of your Legacy Wealth Partners managed investment accounts online. Use the step-by-step guides below to enroll, add the mobile app, and switch to paperless statements. (Your login can’t be created before November 16.)
During the blackout (Nov 13–18): We recommend not logging into Investor360° or RightCapital to view assets during this window. If you do, don’t be surprised to see $0 account values — this is normal while your portfolios are being moved, and everything will appear once the blackout ends.
Questions or trouble getting connected? We’re dedicating Monday, November 16 and Tuesday, November 17 to helping clients set up Account View. Email Support@YourLWP.com any time and our team will follow up.
RightCapital is the financial planning software where you view your plan, your goals, and your progress. You’ll keep the same access — and the same planning guidance from our team — through the move to LPL. There are just a couple of things to know during the transition window. No action is needed until Friday, November 20.
During the blackout (Nov 13–19): While balances move to LPL, RightCapital account values may not be reflected properly. If you log in during this window, don’t be surprised to see $0 or incomplete values — this is normal and temporary.
Beginning Friday, November 20, follow the steps in the guide below to reconnect your accounts in RightCapital so your plan reflects your balances at LPL. It walks through what stays the same, what changes, and exactly what to do.
You’ll continue to receive the same financial planning expertise from our team after the transition. Questions? Email Support@YourLWP.com.
This applies only to clients whose investments we manage through Fidelity. As with TIAA, your Fidelity accounts may require updated paperwork as part of our November 14 transition from Commonwealth to LPL Financial.
Please hold tight — no action is needed right now. We are finalizing the details for Fidelity accounts and will reach out to you directly with any steps and specifics as soon as they are confirmed.
Questions in the meantime? Email Support@YourLWP.com and our team will help.
This applies only to clients whose investments we manage through TIAA (TIAA-CREF). Because of our November 14 transition from Commonwealth to LPL Financial, TIAA requires updated, signed paperwork to keep managing these accounts. This one does require a quick step from you.
You will receive a DocuSign containing a new TIAA-CREF Authorization to Access form. Please review and sign it. It is the same form you signed when you first began working with us — TIAA simply requires a new signature because of the transition.
Once you sign the DocuSign, no other action is needed on your behalf — we will submit the forms for you and ensure they are processed, so we can continue managing your TIAA accounts without interruption.

Only clients with a distribution scheduled between November 13 and 18 are affected — distributions on all other dates are unchanged.
What to expect: Because our move to LPL takes place on November 14, a distribution scheduled between November 13 and 18 will be sent out early, on November 13. Distributions return to their normally scheduled day starting in December.
No action is needed on your part — you may simply see funds in your bank account sooner than you are used to.
Only clients with a periodic (automatic, recurring) investment plan scheduled for November 14 or 15 are affected — plans on all other dates are unchanged.
What to expect: Because our move to LPL takes place on November 14, a November 14 or 15 investment will be delayed until November 16 — funds will leave your bank account a day or two later than usual. Your plan then resumes its normal schedule in December.
No action is needed on your part — this is simply a heads-up on timing.
This applies only to clients who hold a collateralized (non-retirement) account that uses a Goldman Sachs line of credit. Unlike the other items in this guide, this one does require a step from you to keep your line of credit active through the move to LPL.
Complete and return the electronic document package from Goldman Sachs by December 15, 2026 so your account transfers to LPL and your line of credit stays active.
Questions about the packet or your line of credit? Email Support@YourLWP.com and our team will help.
