Wealth Advisor Assistant
Jenna has served as a Client Service Associate for Commonwealth since August 2022. In this role, she works as a dedicated operational partner to advisors and their clients, helping ensure seamless and efficient service experience. Acting as both a virtual team member and key point of contact, Jenna takes ownership of a wide range of administrative responsibilities, allowing advisors to focus more fully on building and maintaining meaningful client relationships.
She works collaboratively across the Firm’s custodian’s internal departments to coordinate support, proactively address needs, and research and resolve complex issues—all with a focus on delivering timely, accurate, and client-centered solutions.
Prior to her current role, Jenna was a public relations and recruiting intern at Northwestern Mutual, where she developed strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. She earned her degree from the University of Arizona.
Outside of work Jenna enjoys spending time with her friends and family. Based in Los Angeles, she takes full advantage of the outdoors and enjoys snowboarding, surfing, and running. She also has a passion for traveling and exploring new restaurants.
