One of the first things everyone notices about Tamar is her smile.  It makes you feel welcomed and fills you with joy.

Tamar’s full-time job right now is keeping the Murphy household in order, which is no easy feat!  With five kids, she’s an expert at making sure everyone gets to where they need to be, have all the accessories they need for that thing, are well fed, and have additional food-fuel with them to keep them going. 

 

In her spare time, you will find Tamar at Legacy’s office assisting with a lot of the behind-the-scenes tasks for HR, payroll, marketing, events, etc.  As the kids age, she will continue to assist more and more, always with a smile and can-do attitude.

Starting during her college years, Tamar has always enjoyed serving at Ozone House.  And true to the heart of a mother, Tamar also loves supporting Compassion.  She has been working with Compassion kids around the world since she started her first job in college, and her favorite countries to sponsor kids from are India and Ethiopia.
